BARREL AGING
It's all about the barrels! We've been barrel aging for decades in our temperature controlled cellars and have learned that it "is" all about the barrels. Great care is taken in sourcing the finest craft Kentucky barrels. Starting with air dried American white oak artfully coopered complete with a proper flame char! Then and only then can distilled corn spirits be aged to become our FOUNDER'S CUT BOURBON.
